Dr. Choko Tereza Ito personally responds to messages sent through the website. For this she dedicates two days a week: Mondays and Thursdays.
This is due to the large number of requests for osatoshi that arrive daily at the Shinri Association, received and taken care of personally by her, and that need to be made on time. For this reason, Dr. Choko will be dedicated to responding to all emails and messages in these two days, Monday and Thursday, and, taking into account the time difference between Brazil and Thailand, they may eventually be answered on Tuesdays. , or on Fridays, depending on the volume of messages received.
We count on your understanding. Know that as requests for osatoshi arrive, they are directed to your preparation and fulfillment, regardless of whether you have already received a response or not.
Unless something is irregular in the order, there is no need for Dr. Choko to communicate immediately after receiving the form. Know that she will be taking care of each request with all the affection. After submitting the osatoshi form, you will receive a response with some information about deadlines. After that you can wait, as your osatoshi is being performed and, shortly after, you will receive a personal email from Dr. Choko.
Dr. Choko does not make use of whatsapp for communications related to Shinri Association matters.
